Paco joined the firm over 20 years ago and has also worked in the London and Brussels offices. He joined the partnership in 1998. He specialises in all areas of EU and Spanish antitrust law. He has represented many multinational and Spanish clients before the EU and Spanish competition authorities, including Abertis, Iberia, Indra, La Caixa, L'Oréal, Osborne, PepsiCo, Sony, Sotheby's and Visa Europe.
Paco was educated at the University of Madrid (UAM) and the College of Europe, Bruges, Belgium (LLM). He has published and lectured frequently on competition law matters and speaks English and French. He is recognised as one of Spain's leading antitrust lawyers in legal directories including Global Competition Review, Chambers, Legal 500 and PLC Which Lawyer.
