Biography: Corporate Immigration

Mr Mazzeschi has more than 15 years of experience in business and corporate immigration and is considered one of the leading immigration lawyers in Italy. He is the founder of Mazzeschi Srl, a boutique firm specialising in corporate immigration and citizenship law. The firm has offices in Rome, Milan and Florence, and with a team of 4 lawyers and 10 paralegals it is the largest corporate immigration firm in Italy.

Mr Mazzeschi is a graduate of the University of Siena (1985). He obtained a postgraduate diploma in administrative law at the Academy of Public Administration (1995), and took summer courses on international law at The Hague Academy of International Law (1984). Mr Mazzeschi is admitted to the Bar of Milan, is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the International Bar Association. He is a regular speaker at international conferences and seminars and has written articles and contributions relating to immigration issues.

Mazzeschi Srl works mainly with multinational corporate clients, including more than 50 of the Fortune 500 companies, and business investors for the relocation of their managers and staff to Italy, obtaining work authorisations, assisting with entry visas and residence permits. Through a well-established network of co-counsels, the firm assists clients in all parts of Italy. The firm can also assist with obtaining foreign business visas, document and certificate procurement, legalisation of documents and citizenship applications.
