Mr Tejedo has actively represented various companies in general consultation regarding labour-related matters, litigation concerning claims filed by employees, labour litigation relating strike calls and collective claims filed by unions, hiring and termination of high-level employees, collective termination of employees, executions, negotiations and termination of collective bargaining agreements with unions, employees' transfer as a consequence of asset transactions and compliance with health and safety regulations in Mexico.
He obtained his law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
Previous experience for Mr Tejedo includes being a member of Roel Abogados, from June 1986 until March 2003, a firm specialised in labour matters, defending employers and with more than 80 years of experience. He became partner at that firm in 1998. Mr Tejedo joined Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, SC in February 2004.
He has been named in The International Who's Who Legal of Labour and Employment in 2010.
Mr Tejedo's native language is Spanish and he is also fluent in English.
