Biography: Real Estate
Rafael Villamar-Ramos leads the real estate, infrastructure and hospitality practice of Sánchez Devanny. He specialises in real estate; construction and infrastructure; hospitality and leisure; real estate financing; and mergers and acquisitions.Mr Villamar Ramos attended the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Monterrey Campus (Law degree, 1994); University of Chicago Law School (LLM, 1997). He is admitted to practice in Mexico.
He is affiliated to: Barra Mexicana de Abogados - Monterrey Division and the International Bar Association.
He is co-author of Investing Across Borders, published by World Bank Group (2010); and co-author of Doing Business in Mexico 2011, published by World Bank Group and International Finance Corporation (2011).
