Biography: Insolvency & Restructuring

Andrei Narutsky is a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal CIS BV, Russia. He is in charge of the PwC law firm's financial services, restructuring and fiduciary (private client) services group.

Andrei has more than twelve years of experience in providing legal advice to large Russian and multinational companies. He specialises in restructuring and reorganisations (domestic and cross-border), M&A, joint ventures, securities and funds. Andrei has particular experience in fiduciary services and wealth management, including private banking. His major projects, among others, include due diligence and the US$180 million acquisition by the Coca-Cola Export Corporation of a bottling business in Russia, the restructuring of the Coca-Cola business in Russia, and due diligence and acquisitions of immoveable and moveable production assets in different regions of Russia.

Andrei has represented foreign investors in negotiations with their Russian partners. He consulted Lukoil's Board of Directors and Board of Directors of RAO UES on a number of corporate governance aspects; his clients also include Equant.

Andrei Narutsky has an LLM, and is a member of the International Bar Association and STEP.
