His recent projects include advising International Finance Corporation and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on a number of secured loan facilities provided to Ukrainian companies in various sectors of economy for a total amount exceeding US$1,030 billion; Bank of America Merrill Lynch, The Royal Bank of Scotland, UBS Investment Bank and Dragon Capital on US$250 million debut issue of Eurobonds by Mriya Agro Holding Public Limited; VimpelCom, a leading international telecommunications holding, on US$2.2 billion Eurobond issue by its subsidiary VimpelCom Holdings BV.
Mr Khachaturyan received his LLM degree from Yale Law School in 1993, PhD (Private International Law) and Master's Degree in Law (International Law) from Kiev National University in 1990 and 1983 respectively. He also studied at the International Law Institute, Washington, DC (1991).
