Vitaly Mozharowski focuses on the full-scale legal support of greenfield and brownfield investment projects, financing and collaterals, infrastructure, construction and permitting issues, land law and zoning, natural resources and environmental matters.

Vitaly has extensive experience in dealing with structuring and implementing commercial and industrial real property transactions, dealing with local authorities and privatisation, acquisitions, leases, mortgages, easements, etc. His professional team is regarded as being capable of delivering effective solutions and crystal clear advice in both routine standardised matters and 'rocket science technology' projects like unique facilities, projects or lawmaking.
