She is regularly engaged by major international financial institutions and has worked on a number of cross-border financings and advisory matters involving both international commercial financiers and multilateral financial institutions.
Mrs Wilson Patrick has been a speaker at a number of industry events, including the Euromoney Caribbean Investment Forum (2007), and has written for several journals. She was a co-author of The Euromoney Emerging Markets Handbook in 2008/2009, 2009/2010 and 2012. Additionally, Mrs Wilson Patrick contributes the Barbados chapter to Getting the Deal Through Project Finance.
Mrs Wilson Patrick is a graduate of the University of Bristol, England, and a member of Lincoln's Inn (call to the Bar 1987). She has also been admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales and is admitted to practice in Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, and Guyana.
Prior to joining Lex Caribbean Mrs Wilson Patrick worked with a major international law firm in their London office. She has also practised in Jamaica, where she worked both in private practice and as head of the legal department at one of Jamaica's leading commercial banks. Immediately prior to joining Lex Caribbean Mrs Wilson Patrick worked with a regional development financing institution based in Barbados.
