Biography: Corporate Tax

Heini Rüdisühli is a partner in the Zurich office where he is heading the tax practice group. He studied law at the University of Berne and was admitted to the bar of Berne in 1988. He acquired a diploma as a certified tax expert in 1992. Heini Rüdisühli joined Lenz & Staehelin in 1996 after having started his career in the tax team of Arthur Andersen, Zurich in 1988 where he had last been promoted to senior tax manager. He became a partner of Lenz & Staehelin in 2001.

Heini Rüdisühli is a member of the tax chapter board of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce and serves as deputy chairman, technical officer taxation of the Society of Tax and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Zurich Centre.

His main field of activity is national and international tax planning including corporate reorganisation and acquisitions. The other main field of activity includes tax and estate planning for private clients as well as management compensation planning and taxation of financial products.
