As managing partner of International Law Affiliates (ILA), he has overseen the growth of two sections of the firm that have handled real estate disputes and advisory work in 19 Indian states and documentation for 41 cities/towns across India. ILA has represented prestigious Indian companies and developers like the Ansal group for transactional work covering specialist real estate contracts, property leases and sale agreements/deeds, institutional and O&M agreements, standard format multiple-buyer agreements, turn-key project agreements, FDI and financing agreements, construction and development agreements, FDI and financing agreements, construction and development agreements, BOT contracts, multi-jurisdictional property disputes and conflicts, environmental approvals, anti-trust issues relating to a developer's conditions of contract, liability surrounding an accident at a public venue and a wide range of 'ordinary' real estate work.
Mr Pasrich co-authored the 2011 and 2012 real estate report for Getting the Deal Through and he was described by clients in the 2009 Chambers directory as 'extremely methodical and rigorous'. Mr Pasrich has over two dozen presentations/papers to his credit and continues to be a regular speaker at IBA conferences as a co-chair of an IBA committee. After a science degree from St Stephen's College, Delhi, he earned his law degree from Worcester College, Oxford University.
