Mr Kellough is a past chairman of the Canadian Tax Foundation, past chairman of the national tax section of the Canadian Bar Association and co-chairman of the joint committee on taxation. Mr Kellough has written and spoken extensively on tax matters.
Mr Kellough graduated from the University of Denver in 1963, the University of Saskatchewan Law School in 1966 and is also a chartered accountant and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants and the BC Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has lectured at the University of British Columbia Law School and authored and lectured for many organisations both domestically and internationally.
In addition to being recognised in The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers for tax law, Mr Kellough is continuously recognised in several other legal directories including the Canadian LEXPERT Directory as one of the most frequently recommended corporate tax law practitioners as well as LEXPERT's 2010 Guide to the Leading US/Canada Cross-Border Corporate Lawyers in Canada, and the LEXPERT/American Lawyers' Guide to the Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada.
