Nichola Carter is a partner in the highly rated immigration team at Penningtons Solicitors LLP and has experience in providing advice on employment, criminal, litigation and immigration law matters. Focusing mainly on immigration law and policy during the last 15 years, Nichola and the team, including Who's Who Legal-listed co-partner Philip Barth, assist some of the world's leading companies with their global immigration requirements.
