Etah Akoh read Comparative Law (English and French Law) at the University of Yaounde and also obtained a post-graduate diploma (Maîtrise) from the same university. He has been in professional practice since 1980 and has over the years assisted many foreign investors in the petroleum sector in Cameroon advising essentially on critical issues on the Cameroon Petroleum Code and Petroleum Regulations, petroleum-sharing contracts, participating agreements and concessions.
He is legal counsel for many oil and gas companies operating in Cameroon.
