Biography: Real Estate

Partner, admitted to the Paris Bar in 1985, Frédéric Nouel advises on headline deals such as the setting up in France of OPCIs, non-listed Real Estate Collective Investment Trusts. He has been actively involved in the creation and financing of OPCIs totalling some €3.5 billion. Frédéric also advises major institutions such as the French State, La Poste, Unibail-Rodamco, Goldman Sachs, Casino, Perella Weinberg and GLL on significant transactions in Europe. Frédéric Nouel is regularly listed as a "leading individual" by Chambers Global and, since 2004, has featured every year in the Real Estate France section of the European Legal Experts Guide. Other distinctions include appearances in Euromoney's "Best of the Best" list, European Legal 500, and PLC Which Lawyer Yearbook. Frédéric Nouel holds an MBA and a postgraduate degree in business law. He speaks French and English.
