Ursula Eggenberger Stöckli studied pharmacy at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and worked for two years in a public pharmacy and for ten years in the pharmaceutical industry. After that, Ursula Eggenberger Stöckli studied law at the University of St Gallen. She graduated in 1998 and was admitted to the Bern bar in 2000. She joined the firm as an associate in 2000 and became partner in 2005.
Ursula Eggenberger Stöckli has authored among others the commentary on the Swiss Ordinance on Promotion for Medicinal Products (2006) and Werbung für Heilmittel (2005) and is co-author of the commentary on the Federal Law on Therapeutic Products (2006). She publishes, on a regular basis, the section on Swiss health care law in the German journal Pharma Recht.
