Biography: Management Labour and Employment

Oksana joined Vasil Kisil & Partners in 2001 and was made counsellor in 2009. Her areas of practice are labour and employment, family law, litigation and bankruptcy, corporate law and antitrust law.

Ukrainian Law Firms (a Handbook for Foreign Clients) constantly mentions her as one of the leading lawyers in labour law. She is also mentioned as a highly recommended Ukrainian practitioner in labour and employee benefits by PLC Which Lawyer? Yearbook 2008, 2009 and 2010. Who's Who Legal: CIS 2010 named Ms Voynarovska a 'tremendous' expert in labour and employment law. Best Lawyers listed her among reputable practitioners in labour and employment in 2009 and 2010.

Oksana has profound experience in a wide range of labour-related projects. She managed a number of employment matters covering preparation and negotiation of collective bargaining labour agreements, drafting and negotiating employment contracts and benefits for top management and termination agreements, redundancy and dismissal of personnel, as well as employment restructuring. She has successfully represented MNCs in employment-related disputes concerning employment termination, salary and compensations repayment, confidentiality issues as well as collective labour disputes. She was involved in most of the firm's projects acting for such clients as BAT, Bongrain, Coca-Cola, Danone, Flextronics, Dentsply, Hero, Reuters and Swedbank.
