Biography: Aviation
Vonnick le Guillou is a partner, head of the aviation department of Bird & Bird France, and co-head of the international dispute resolution group.She has been practising as a lawyer since 1984, and has been dealing more particularly with French and international litigation matters relating to product liability for a major European aeronautical manufacturer for over 15 years.
She has developed recognised expertise in this field for aeronautical manufacturers as well as for OEM or MRO companies.
Vonnick specialises in domestic and international litigations related to cross borders complex product liability cases, air transport and aviation insurance, for French and foreign industrial companies and insurers. She is acting on numerous aircraft crashes cases, such as the Concorde crash of July 2000, or the A 340 Etihad accident of November 2007 in Toulouse.
She is a member of several associations such as IAWA (International Aviation Women's Association), DRI Europe and of the Société Française de Droit Aérien et Spatial.
