Philippe Rincazaux is a partner at Orrick. Mr Rincazaux specialises in European and French antitrust and competition law. He regularly advises French and international clients in antitrust, competition and regulatory matters and represents them before European and French courts and competition and regulatory authorities.

Philippe Rincazaux specialises in sectors comprising audit, chemical industries, computers, electronic and information technology products, distribution, electricity, energy, gas, health care products, the hotel industry, luxury goods, mass consumption and food products, the media, oil, pharmaceutical products, telecommunications, and toys.

Philippe Rincazaux is listed as "a leading individual" in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession, which noted his "impressive knowledge and phenomenal capacity for work".

Before joining the firm, Mr Rincazaux was a partner with Coudert Brothers in Paris, where he was the partner in charge of the antitrust and competition law department. Prior to working at Coudert Brothers, he was head of the European and French antitrust and competition law department of Thomas & Associés - Deloitte & Touche.

He is a member of the board of the French Association on Competition Law (AFEC) and a Former International Rapporteur of the International League of Competition Law (LIDC). He is a member of the IBA and the ABA. Mr Rincazaux is a lecturer at MBA-ESSEC, in charge of the European and French Competition Law Course.

He studied law at the University of Paris I - Panthéon-Sorbonne, where he obtained a DEA in Business and Economic Law, and at Harvard Law School. He is a specialist in European Law and in Economic Law.
