Prior to joining Gilbert + Tobin, Luke was general counsel and executive general manager of the enforcement and compliance division at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). Luke was also the head of the ACCC's mergers and asset sales branch.
Luke has a Masters' degree in public administration, specialising in economic regulation from Harvard University, as well as a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (honours) from the University of Sydney. Luke is a member of the Law Council of Australia competition and consumer committee, American Bar Association antitrust section, and the International Bar Association.
