Biography: Private funds

Patricia is a partner with P+P Pöllath + Partners and is based at P+P's Frankfurt office. She studied law in Strasbourg, Frankfurt and London. She graduated as a lawyer in Germany and France and holds an LLM in Banking and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Admitted as an avocat à la cour in Paris and as a Rechtsanwalt in Frankfurt, she has worked in a major US law firm for both the Paris office (1999 to 2002) and the Frankfurt office (2002 to 2005).

Patricia specialises in structuring private investment funds (private equity, alternative assets and real estate), with a focus on corporate and regulatory issues. She advises fund sponsors and German investors (institutional investors as well as private clients). Patricia is consistently ranked among the top lawyers for her fund formation expertise.
