Mark Tyler is recognised as one of the UK's top lawyers in the areas of product liability and health and safety law. His clients include multinationals, insurers and public sector bodies.

He has been involved in several of the country's largest product liability and toxic tort cases and has been at the cutting edge of modern group action litigation. His product safety work ranges from product recalls and regulatory advice to dealing with regulatory enforcement and prosecution work, and involves products mainly in the life sciences, electrical, food, and transport sectors.

At the same time, Mr Tyler has been at the forefront of developing workplace health and safety as a recognised legal discipline. He has advised on corporate governance and management responsibilities, legal compliance audits and major accident investigations, conducted health and safety due diligence inquiries in corporate transactions and defended large numbers of prosecutions brought by government agencies.

Mr Tyler has been a speaker at over a hundred seminars and conferences in the United Kingdom, United States and Europe over the last decade.
