Paulus Hidén advises clients on all aspects of private equity, with a particular focus on fund formation. In addition, Hidén specialises in capital markets and securities law matters. Mr Hidén became a partner at Borenius & Kemppinen in 2008.

Hidén advises clients on setting up private equity and real estate funds and funds of funds, both in Finland and off shore. He also advises several institutional investors in connection with their investments in different types of funds.

Hidén is the author of a book on prospectus liability, published in 2002. Another book on private equity funds, co-written with Jyrki Tähtinen, was published in 2005.
