Randy R Jurgensmeyer practises in the areas of business and finance, concentrating on real estate transactions throughout the country. Mr Jurgensmeyer has extensive experience representing investment funds, individual and institutional investors, and REITs in forming joint ventures and strategic alliances and acquiring, financing, developing, restructuring, selling and leasing shopping centres, office buildings, hotels, industrial parks and apartment complexes.His extensive experience has earned Mr Jurgensmeyer recognition year on year in Chambers USA as one of its leading lawyers in real estate law, 2004-2007; and by The Best Lawyers in America as a leader in real estate law, 2005-2007. Additionally, Mr Jurgensmeyer was listed as a 'Texas Super Lawyer' in real estate law by Texas Monthly, 2004-2006.
Mr Jurgensmeyer obtained his BA from the University of Missouri, magna cum laude, in 1982 and his JD from Southern Methodist University in 1985.
