Mark Kelly is a partner and co-head of the corporate practice at Vinson & Elkins, which focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings and corporate governance matters. He serves as principal outside counsel to several public and private companies in the exploration and production, oilfield service, insurance, technology and manufacturing industries, and also represents a number of private equity and major investment banking firms. He has represented clients listed on the NYSE, ASE, NASDAQ Global Market and the AIM markets. Mr Kelly has extensive experience in merger and acquisition transactions, representing clients in transactions totaling over $6 billion in the last two years. He also has represented clients in over 100 domestic and cross-border debt and equity offerings since 2004.
