Ken Anderson is a partner in the business and international section of Vinson & Elkins. Mr Anderson chairs the firm's syndicated finance practice group and is a member of its structured finance and project finance and development practice groups. His principal area of practice is syndicated bank financing. Mr Anderson primarily represents the arranger/administrative agent or borrowers in syndicated financings. He has experience in a broad spectrum of syndicated lending transactions, including private equity and other merger and acquisition financings, master limited partnership (MLP) financings, energy financings, structured financings, project financings, multi-currency financings, and highly leveraged transactions.

Mr Anderson has been recognised by Legal Media Group's Guide to the World's Leading Project Finance Lawyers, 2003, 2006; Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers in banking and finance law, 2005-2007; and The Best Lawyers in America in corporate law, 2005-2006, in M&A and securities law, 2005.

Mr Anderson chairs the syndicated finance subcommittee (developments in business financing committee, business law section) of the American Bar Association. Mr Anderson graduated from Brigham Young University, BS in 1979, and J Reuben Clark Law School of Brigham Young University, JD in 1982.
