Michael Russ specialises in the trial of complex civil litigation. With over 30 years experience he has tried mass tort class actions, disaster recovery claims arising out of industrial fires, complex contractual disputes between major corporations, and train derailment litigation involving the release of chlorine gas. For one client he succeeded in recovering the largest award ever paid in connection with a contested industrial fire insurance claim. Mr Russ has represented major corporations such as The Coca-Cola Company, Sprint Nextel Corp, and General Electric Medical System in complex, high stakes litigation. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, listed in The Best Lawyers in America and recognised by Chambers USA as a leading lawyer in his practice area.
