Michael L Gold is a partner whose area of practice is commercial finance and debt restructurings for banks and commercial finance companies. He focuses on secured and unsecured syndicated financings, including acquisition financings, 'work-outs' and restructurings, and debtor-in-possession financings. Mr Gold also advises investors and companies with respect to acquisition and other financings.
