William D Kerr is a partner in Sidley's Chicago office. He represents clients in securities and derivatives-related corporate and regulatory matters, including organisation and operation of hedge funds, commodity pools and venture capital funds, organisation and operation of investment advisers, broker-dealers, commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors, structured products, and derivatives documentation and regulation.
Kerr received his JD from Harvard Law School and his BA cum laude from Yale University.
