Biography: Project Finance

Harold F Moore is a general corporate and bank finance lawyer with a concentration in project finance. Mr Moore has been the lead lawyer in more than 140 domestic and international project and corporate financings, representing underwriters, banks and issuers in some of the most complex transactions financed in recent years.

He has represented: Goldman, Sachs & Co, Credit Suisse First Boston and Industrial Bank of Japan in the Ras Laffan LNG project in Qatar; BNP Paribas in connection with the Qatargas II transaction; Lehman Brothers and Mizuho Bank in the Ras Laffan II and III financing; the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation in connection with a Rule 144A financing of floating rate notes together with related commodity hedges; Mission Energy and PT Paiton in an IPP project in Indonesia, and Mission Energy in its capital market financing of the Big Four projects, as well as in its Homer City and Commonwealth Edison financings; CF Industries, Inc and Terra Industries Inc in their ammonia project in Trinidad; Credit Suisse First Boston in numerous domestic and international financings; JPMorgan Chase in numerous financings and restructurings; underwriters and lenders in numerous financings, including the Q Chem, Q Chem II, ORYX, QVC, NGL-4, Astoria, Ocean States and Midland Cogeneration financing; and lenders in the international telecommunications area, petrochemical projects and infrastructure projects.
