Biography: Internet & e-Commerce
Fred Chilton is a senior corporate and commercial partner based in the Sydney office of Allens Arthur Robinson, who specialises in the technology and telecommunications sectors.
He was the regional practice group leader for Allens' communications, media and technology group following the merger of the constituent firms. His work ranges from advising on the establishment of university spin-offs and other start-ups to major M&A and funding transactions involving ICT companies. He has acted for the providers of outsourced technology and business processes to a leading Australian corporate as well as on significant ICT procurement by financial sector companies.
He is a former vice chairman of the international technology law committee of the International Bar Association.
