Connie's IP/TMT practice covers copyright, trademark and patent protection, enforcement and commercialisation. Connie has an emphasis on internet and other new media issues and stand-alone IT outsourcing and other complex IT and telecoms agreements (eg, network procurement and management, infrastructure sharing, data hosting), and data privacy. She also advises on technology transfers and collaborations, and the IP aspects of acquisitions, spin-offs, joint ventures and initial public offerings. Connie features in Chambers Asia 2012 as a leading practitioner, in China, in the fields of intellectual property and telecoms, media and technology. Connie sits on the international advisory panel of Intellectual Property Magazine and the editorial board of the Communications and Technology Law Review.
