Billy Young serves as co-head of the firm's business and international section. Mr Young's practice consists primarily of the representation of agent banks, lenders, borrowers, investors, and issuers in international and US domestic private debt transactions. He has significant experience in structured financing of portfolios of non-performing loans, real estate and corporate and consumer receivables in the US, Japan, Taiwan, and Western Europe. Mr Young regularly represents agent banks and borrowers in US domestic and international syndicated loan transactions in a variety of industries and asset classes.

Cited as a leader in his fields of practice by numerous publications, Mr Young has been listed among The Best Lawyers in America since 2005 in international trade, finance, and banking law; and by Chambers USA as a leading lawyer in banking and finance law since 2003.

Mr Young obtained his BBA in 1982 and his JD in 1984 from the University of Mississippi.
