Mr Wulfsberg has represented clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation. He has represented EPC contractors, public and private owners, architects and engineers, in a variety of major private/public works, and power process projects throughout the United States, Latin America and the Middle East.
Mr Wulfsberg graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in 1966 and received his JD from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, in 1969.
Mr Wulfsberg is a fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers. Mr Wulfsberg has been designated as one of the leading construction litigation lawyers in Legal 500 US. He is a member of the International Bar Association, American Bar Association, the San Francisco City and County Bar Associations a member of AAA Complex Construction Case Panel of Arbitrators and a certified arbitrator of California State Construction Contract Arbitration Committee.
Mr Wulfsberg is a frequent lecturer and has spoken before a wide variety of public and private forums. He frequently counsels clients providing in-house seminars on claims evaluation and claims avoidance.
