She has been practising at MKK since 1989, having moved from Adnan Buyung & Associates where she was a partner. In 1977 she obtained her degree from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law, where she also obtained a Master's degree. She has also studied at Bond University in Australia.
Ms Widhya completed the Capital Market Legal Consultant programme, conducted by the Capital Market Institute of Management, Finance and Accountancy in Indonesia. She is a co-founder of the Association of Indonesian Legal Consultants and a member of the Association of Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants, the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).
She was a speaker at the National Seminar on Mortgage on Aircraft on 13 October 2004, under the auspices of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and has spoken at various workshops. On 29 June 2006 she spoke at a seminar on the Communication of Protocols to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment in Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment (Cape Town Convention 2001), under the auspices of the DGCA. In April 2008 she spoke at the IPBA 2008 Annual Conference in Los Angeles, USA, regarding the practice of financing aircraft leases after ratification by the Indonesian government of the Cape Town Convention 2001. In 2008 and early 2009, Enny assisted lawmakers in enshrining the Cape Town Convention into the Aviation Law, enacted in January 2009, and in communicating the contents of the Aviation Law to the business community. She is a member of the Aviation Law Society (Masyarakat Hukum Udara) established in 2010 whose members are representatives of airlines and of the government, academicians and practitioners (ie, legal consultants in Jakarta).
Ms Widhya together with Messrs Mulyana and Sandi Adila of MKK are the authors of the Indonesian chapter in Ravi Nath and Berend Crans (Eds), Aircraft Repossession and Enforcement: Practical Aspects, Volume II, Kluwer Law International, the Netherlands, September 2010.
She is currently working on various aircraft transactions, including new leases, delivery and acquisitions of aircraft for various international clients, and represented US Ex-Im Bank and Export Development Canada to support the acquisition of a number of aircraft by Lion Air and by ACG with Garuda Indonesia.
