Biography: Corporate Governance
William Underhill joined Slaughter and May in 1981 and was made a partner in 1990.He specialises in corporate finance, including securities issues and mergers and acquisitions, acting for a number of major corporate clients on a wide range of transactions and advisory matters. He has been an editor of Weinberg & Blank on Takeovers and Mergers since March 1995.
William is chairman of the City of London Law Society company law committee.
