Biography: Corporate Governance
William Underhill joined Slaughter and May in 1983 and was made a partner in 1990. He is head of the firm's TMT practice and regularly advises public company clients on a broad range of work including mergers and acquisitions (public and private), joint ventures, flotations and other equity capital issues, in addition to advice on corporate governance and other corporate and securities markets compliance issues. He also advises leading international investment banks and private equity investors.He is an editor of Weinberg and Blank on Takeovers and Mergers.
