Biography: Corporate Tax
Pierre-Sébastien joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1984. He has been managing partner since June 2004 and member of the executive committee of CMS, which CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre joined in 2001. He was co-managing partner with Carina Levintoff of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre's New York office from 1994 to 1997.Pierre-Sébastien has specialised in international taxation for 25 years on advising international groups and firms with a particular focus on issues relating to M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations and the structuring of investment funds.
He is a member of the Institute for Tax Advisors (IACF), of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), of the International Bar Association (IBA) and of the French Association for Corporate Legal Advisors (ACE).
He holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Corporate Law from the University of Aix-Marseille, DJCE.
He is fluent in German and English.
