Presently, Mr Sullivan represents a variety of clients involved in federal antitrust criminal investigations and civil cases. Mr Sullivan defends and prosecutes antitrust civil cases from initiation through trial and appeal. Mr Sullivan has extensive experience in international antitrust matters and has coordinated merger approvals and responses to foreign government antitrust investigations in Europe, before the European Commission and its member states, Canada, Japan and South Korea.
Mr Sullivan speaks and writes widely on antitrust issues. He is the editor-in-chief of the ABA Handbook on Antitrust Grand Jury Investigations, a member of the ABA antitrust section international task force, former co-chair of the ABA antitrust section criminal practice and procedure committee, former chair of the annual meeting programme committee and former chair of the corporate governance task force.
