Denis St-Onge is a partner in Gowlings' Montreal office, practising in all areas of insolvency.Denis focuses on litigious commercial law mostly in banking and insolvency-related fields. He represents trustees, financial institutions and debtors. He is also active in provincial, national and international corporate restructuring.
He practises in English and French.
Denis has been a guest lecturer for several conferences organised by Insight, the Canadian Institute of Canada, McGill University in connection with the Meredith Memorial Lectures, the Quebec Bar and the Insolvency Institute of Canada.
