Davinder Singh is the chief executive officer of Drew & Napier LLC, one of Singapore's largest leading law firms.

Davinder's extensive litigation practice covers banking and corporate litigation, civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property, insolvency, defamation, fraud, trust, tort and negligence. He regularly receives briefs to act as counsel by both international and regional law firms for cross-border matters involving Singapore law. In addition, Davinder has acted for foreign governments and significant Fortune 500 companies in international and regional disputes and has acted as counsel in international arbitrations.

He has successfully represented clients in numerous high-profile and landmark cases leading many, including peers, to regard him as one of the country's top litigators. In 1997, Davinder was included in the first generation of senior counsel appointed in Singapore.

Davinder was the only Singaporean litigator to receive the honour of a 'Star Performer' ranking from Chambers Global Guide to the World's Leading Lawyers 2007, a category above band 1 and was esteemed as "a cut above the rest and the best in the business". Over the recent years, Asia Pacific Legal 500 has described Davinder as "Singapore's most revered litigator and counsel of choice for many clients on the highest-profile cases" and as "the most formidable individual litigator in Singapore" as well as being "at the top of everyone's list". UK magazine In Brief writes that Davinder is "an intellectual scythe, cutting through his opponent's arguments" and is one of the region's "best respected and most feared litigator[s]".

In addition to being recommended for commercial litigation in Who's Who Legal's first-ever Singapore report, Davinder was commended for arbitration, business crime and insolvency and restructuring.
