Biography: Mining

John Sabine, a partner with Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, advises on corporate reorganisations, financings and mergers and acquisitions. A principal part of his practice is engaged in mining finance, joint ventures, redomiciling, and mining mergers and acquisitions.

John is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the Institute of Corporate Directors. In addition to clients in North America and Australia, John's experience has extended to projects in Angola, Argentina, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Chile, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Indonesia, Philippines, South Africa, Spain and Vietnam.
