Mr Rowe has tried to conclusion some of the most publicised litigation in the region. He has been lead trial counsel in major cases in diverse business litigations such as a $2 billion ten month antitrust and breach of contract trial involving Atlantic City real estate, prevailing on all counts. He has served as lead trial counsel for the general creditors in the Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company liquidation, the largest life insurance company liquidation in US history; and successfully represented the directors of SIPC in a potential class action brought by Madoff claimants.
Mr Rowe is the author of New Jersey Business Litigation and co-author of Guidebook to Chancery Practice in New Jersey, seminal books in their respective practice areas.
He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the bet-the-company litigation, business litigation, and appellate categories and was selected as Best Lawyers Bet-the-Company Litigator of the Year 2011 for New Jersey. He is listed in Chambers USA - America's Leading Lawyers for Business and is one of the top two attorneys in Super Lawyers - NJ Edition. Mr Rowe is a recipient of the Trial Bar Award of the Trial Attorneys of NJ.
Mr Rowe is a graduate of Tufts College and Columbia Law School.
