Andreas Rodin is a founding partner of P+P Pöllath + Partners. He has practised tax and corporate law since 1986 and was a partner in a leading German law firm (1986 to 1993) and a partner in a major international law firm.

He focuses on structuring private investment funds (private equity, alternative assets and real estate) for inbound investments of non-residents and for inbound and outbound investments of resident institutional and individual investors (tax, legal and regulatory). His publications include numerous articles on taxation of investments, speeches and papers to national and international conferences and seminars on private investment funds. He graduated from Munich Law School in 1983, where he also obtained a dr juris degree in 1987.
