Thomas W Reimann is particularly experienced in planning and coordinating cross-border litigation and other multi-jurisdictional cases. He knows the needs of large multi-jurisdictional corporations, as well as those of small and medium-sized businesses. Working with international colleagues from the US, the UK, Japan and other parts of the world has become second nature to him. He also acts as an arbitrator and expert witness on questions of German IP law.
He is co-author of various books and articles on intellectual property law and is a frequent speaker at international conferences regarding patent law, especially multinational patent litigation. Thomas W Reimann is member of AIPPI, AIPLA, EPLA, GRUR, IPO, LES and VPP.
Between 1993 and 2008 he was chairman of the committee on patents and utility models of GRUR, the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law.
