Yvonne Quinn is a member of Sullivan & Cromwell's litigation group and a coordinator of its antitrust group. She specialises in antitrust matters, including antitrust litigation, merger analysis and review and counselling work, and also represents clients in general commercial litigation. Ms Quinn has represented leading financial institutions (commercial banks, equity funds, investment banks and insurance companies), cable television operators, television programming suppliers, newspapers, book publishers, advertising sales companies, magazine publishers, sports franchise owners and health care companies.

Ms Quinn has taught the mergers and acquisitions portion of the New York session of Practising Law Institute's Annual Antitrust Law Institute, and since 2001 she has been a co-chair of that programme. She is a member of the executive committee of the antitrust section of the New York State Bar Association and a member of the Sherman Act, section 2 committee of the antitrust section of the American Bar Association. From 1989 to1992, she chaired the antitrust and trade regulation committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
