He advises primarily on French and EU merger control, cartel law, dominance cases, state aid and regulatory matters. He represents clients before the Conseil de la Concurrence, the DGCCRF, the European Commission, the European Court of Justice and the French courts.
In addition to being a lawyer, Jérôme received a PhD in economics from the University of Toulouse and also graduated as an engineer from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Economique. He therefore has particular expertise in cases involving both legal and economic analyses. He acts for a wide range of corporate clients and speaks French, English and Spanish.
