Biography: Real Estate
Frédéric Nouel's practice focuses on real estate transactions, financing transactions and private equity.Recent significant matters include taking a leading role in the creation of the OPCI (the French newly-created collective property investment scheme), and advising Unibail rodamco and Whitehall - Goldman Sachs for the Coeur Défense transaction, one of the largest ever single asset transactions with a value of €2.1 billion.
Frédéric Nouel is ranked as a first-tier lawyer both by the Legal Media Group and by Euromoney. Frédéric Nouel was ranked in the 'World Best of the Best' real estate lawyer brochure by Legal Media Group in 2003 and again in 2007.
Frédéric Nouel graduated from the University of Paris Dauphine in 1983 (business degree), obtained his doctorate in law in 1985 and was admitted to the Paris Bar the same year.
