Biography: Commercial Litigation
Dominique Mondoloni is a partner in the litigation department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Paris. Mr Mondoloni specialises in civil and commercial litigation and international arbitration.
He has authored a number of articles involving civil law issues, libel issues and bankruptcy related subjects.
As a litigator, he has been active in many cases involving corporate disputes and price adjustment procedures.
Dominique Mondoloni sits on the Paris Bar Council (Le Conseil de l'Ordre) where he was elected for a three-year term beginning 1 January 2005.
