Dr Meyer-Lindemann has handled high profile merger control cases before the European Commission and before national competition authorities, in particular the Gerrman Bundeskartellamt, for clients such as Allianz, Aventis, Axel Springer, Barclays, Billiton, Daimler, Deutsche Bahn, E ON, Nasdaq, Novartis, Scania, Viacom and Wal-Mart, major cartel investigations in many different areas (among others airfreight, flexible packaging, heat stabilisers, decor paper, needles, haberdashery, industrial gases, wall paper and fire hoses) and numerous litigation matters concerning both, public and private enforcement, before local and district courts and the Federal Supreme Court in Germany and the European courts (General Court and European Court of Justice) in Luxembourg.
Dr Meyer-Lindemann has published frequently and speaks regularly on European and German competition law issues. He is a co-author of the Frankfurter Kommentar on German and European competition law and a lecturer on competition law at Heinrich-Heine-University, Düsseldorf.
