Mr Meck has also acted as general counsel and corporate secretary for publicly held companies whose stock is traded on principal United States and Canadian stock exchanges. He has extensive experience in corporate matters implementing complex reorganisation and merger agreements, structuring entities to meet commercial objectives, advising on securities laws disclosure requirements, and performing and supervising due diligence reviews.
Mr Meck was educated at Dartmouth College (BA, 1967) and Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley (JD, 1971). He has served on various committees of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and is a member of the California, Colorado and American Bar Associations, and the American Society of Corporate Secretaries.
